At PriortechLabs, we strive to provide high-quality digital services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy. After 30 days from your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of products and services are not eligible for refunds, including:

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced products and services are eligible for refunds. Sale items or discounted services cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items or services if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item or service, contact us at support@priortechlabs.com.
Gift Returns
If the product or service was purchased as a gift and marked as such at checkout:

If eligible for a refund, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns (If Applicable)
For physical products (if applicable), return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
